The boys are more prominent than the statue of Hachiko. The clock facing in all directions is kind. A scene of a rendezvous in an era without smartphones. The triangular tent and glittering tower are cute. The time when Halloween events were not yet in Shibuya.

渋谷はいつからハロウィンイベントの会場となったのか。渋谷区では今年、次のような対策を打ち出した上で、「ハロウィン目的で渋谷駅周辺に来ないでほしい」と呼びかけています。渋谷区は条例に基づいて週末の10月27日から渋谷駅周辺のエリアで「路上飲み」を制限。期間はハロウィン当日の31日までで、いずれも午後6時から翌朝午前5時までの間。最も混雑が予想される28日と31日は、エリア内のコンビニエンスストアなどに対し、酒の販売を自粛するよう要請。

Since when did Shibuya become a venue for Halloween events? This year, Shibuya Ward has issued the following measures and asked people not to come to the area around Shibuya Station for Halloween purposes.Shibuya Ward has restricted “street drinking” in the area around Shibuya Station from the weekend of October 27, based on an ordinance. The period is from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following morning, all the way until Halloween Day on October 31. On the 28th and 31st, when the area is expected to be the most crowded, convenience stores and other stores in the area are asked to refrain from selling alcohol.
