夜の街として知られ、1960年代頃から六本木は都内最大級の繁華街、さらに国際的なオフィスの並ぶビル群を構えることで広く知られるようになった。六本木交差点近辺から外苑東通り東京タワーが見える飯倉方面を望む。2023年、森ビルが手がける「麻布台ヒルズ」がそびえ立っている。
Roppongi Gaien Higashi Dori 1984⇔2023
Known as a nightlife district, Roppongi became widely known around the 1960s as one of the largest downtown areas in Tokyo, as well as for its buildings lined with international offices. A view from near the Roppongi intersection toward Iikura, where Tokyo Tower can be seen on Gaien-Higashi Dori; in 2023, “Azabudai Hills” by Mori Building will rise above the area.
1981年にオープンし、今年で42年目になる「AXISビル」。デザイン、自動車、ギャラリーなど「デザイン」を貫くハイレベルな店舗が入居している複合商業施設です。1984年、麻布台方面の空が広く抜けている。2023年「アパホテル＆リゾート六本木駅東」と「麻布台ヒルズ」がそびえ建つ。街路樹は変わらず嬉しい。
Iikura-Katamachi, in front of AXIS Building1984⇔2023
Opened in 1981, the AXIS Building is now in its 42nd year. It is a commercial complex with high-level stores that carry on “design” such as design, automobile, gallery, etc. In 1984, the sky in the Azabudai direction is wide, but in 2023 “APA Hotel & Resort Roppongi Station East” and “Azabudai Hills” will rise and stand. We are happy to see the street trees remain the same.
