Shinbashi Station Futaba Bridge Elevated Bridge 1984⇔2023
In Shimbashi, the birthplace of the railroad, there are buildings that can be called railroad legacies that have been reinforced but still retain the appearance of their time. The Tokaido Line portion was completed in 1942. Futaba-cho is the old name of the town here. The name “Futaba-bashi Viaduct” refers to the elevated bridge that passes through Futaba-cho.Rashomon, a charcoal grill established in 1947, also closed due to earthquake-resistant construction.
新橋駅 二葉橋高架橋1984⇔2023
鉄道発祥の地、新橋には鉄道遺産と呼べる建造物が補強されながらも当時の面影を残しています。東海道線部分は1942（明治17）年に竣工されました。二葉町はこの地の旧町名です。二葉町を通る高架橋ということで「二葉橋高架橋」です。
1947(昭和22）年創業の炭火焼き「羅生門」も耐震工事の為、閉店。
