Aoyama-dori 1984⇔2021
View toward Omotesando from the pedestrian bridge in front of Aoyama Gakuin. For the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, a major road expansion work was carried out from the previous 22 meters to the current 40 meters.It is a main street from Miyakezaka in Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, through Akasaka and Aoyama in Minato-ku, to Shibuya in Shibuya-ku. It intersects Meiji-dori at the east exit intersection of Shibuya station on the west side, and Aoyama-dori is the end point. National highway No. 246 changed its name from here to “Tamagawa-dori” and continues to the southwest.

青山学院前歩道橋より表参道方面を望む。1964年東京オリンピックに向けてそれまでの22メートルから現在の40メートルへの大幅な道路の拡張工事が行われた。千代田区永田町の三宅坂から、港区赤坂・青山を経て、渋谷区渋谷に至る大通りである。すぐ西側の渋谷駅東口交差点で明治通りと交差し、青山通りは終点となる。国道246号はここから「玉川通り」と名を変え、引き続き南西へ進行する。

Aoyama Kotto-dori Avenue 1984⇔2021
This is the common name of the road connecting the Minami Aoyama 5-chome intersection on Aoyama-dori (Route 246) and the Takagicho intersection on Roppongi-dori. After the Pacific War, antique stores gathered along this street, where the Nezu Museum of Art and the Obara School Hall are located, and called “Kotto-dori. Shimada Yosho, a long-established visual Western bookstore in Minami Aoyama, can be seen next to the Idemitsu stand.

青山骨董通り1984⇔2021
青山通り（国道246号）の南青山五丁目交差点と六本木通りの高樹町交差点を結ぶ道路の通称である。太平洋戦争後、通り沿いに根津美術館、小原流会館などがあるこの通りに骨董品店が集まり「骨董通り」と呼ばれる。南青山の老舗ビジュアル洋書店「嶋田洋書」が出光スタンドの隣に見える。
