1984年ごろの、明治通り新宿四丁目南Y字路。ビーバーエアコンの看板がインパクトがすごいです。そしてセメント工場がありました。左側には新宿貨物駅がありました。奥に日通のマークが書かれた建物があります。この写真を撮った1984年（昭和59年）貨物駅は廃止されました。跡地は再開発され1996(平成8年)10月にタカシマヤタイムズスクエアが開業しました。左側の道をまっすぐ行くと甲州街道ガード下へ、抜けて左側が新宿駅東南口広場です。
Around 1984, Meiji-dori Shinjuku 4-chome South Y-shaped road. The signboard of the beaver air conditioner has a great impact. And there was a cement factory. There was Shinjuku freight station on the left side. There is a building with the Nippon Express mark in the back. The freight station where this photo was taken was abolished in 1984. The site was redeveloped and Takashimaya Times Square opened in October 1996. If you go straight on the road on the left side, you will come under the Koshu Kaido guard, and on the left side will be Shinjuku Station Southeast Exit Square.
