2021年1月には残っていたお城のような外観の「サンロイヤルビル」、1984年ごろは「ウイーン」という名曲喫茶でした。向かいの画材店「レモン」の喫茶とともに学生たちの憩いの場でした。
2021年1月には、かつての面影をとどめるように、お城のような外観の「サンロイヤルビル」がまだ佇んでいました。時代の波に囲まれながらも、どこか頑なに、あの頃の空気を守り続けているように見えました。
そして2026年。御茶ノ水駅・聖橋口周辺は大きく姿を変え、“エキュートエディション御茶ノ水”として新たな息吹をまといます。聖橋口は「おもや」、水道橋口は「はなれ」。かつての記憶をそっと胸に抱きながら、街はまた新しい物語を紡ぎ始めています。

In January 2021, the castle-like “Sun Royal Building” still stood. Around 1984, it housed the ‘Wien’ classic music cafe. Along with the cafe at the art supply store “Lemon” across the street, it served as a haven for students.

Then came 2026. The area around Ochanomizu Station’s Seibashi Exit underwent a major transformation, taking on new life as “ÉCUTE EDITION Ochanomizu.” The Seibashi Exit became “Omoya,” while the Suidobashi Exit became “Hanare.”Gently holding the memories of the past close to its heart, the town has begun weaving a new story.
