代官山食堂・同潤会代官山アパート1984⇔2025

関東大震災後の復興事業の一環として建設された同潤会代官山アパートは、代官山駅近くの集合住宅でした。モダンなデザインと設備が特徴で、多くの注目を集めました。銭湯や「代官山食堂」といった地域に親しまれた施設もありました。
1950年代には入居者への払い下げが進み、その後、1970年頃から住戸の増改築や事務所・店舗への転用が進行。緑豊かな空間とレトロな建物が織りなす環境から自然発生的にファッショナブルな小店舗が誕生し、魅力的なエリアとなっていきました。
しかし築50年を迎えた70年代後半には老朽化が進み、再開発の議論が始まります。その結果、地域は「代官山アドレス」として生まれ変わり、「代官山アドレスザ・タワー」が誕生しました。

Daikanyama Restaurant・Doyunka Daikanyama Apartments1984⇔2025
The Doyunka Daikanyama Apartments, constructed as part of the reconstruction efforts following the Great Kanto Earthquake, were a residential complex located near Daikanyama Station. Known for their modern design and amenities, they attracted significant attention. The complex also featured local favorites such as a public bathhouse and the “Daikanyama Dining Hall.”
In the 1950s, the apartments were gradually sold to residents, and from the 1970s onward, renovations and conversions into offices and shops began to take place. The combination of lush green spaces and retro buildings naturally gave rise to fashionable small shops, transforming the area into an attractive destination.
However, by the late 1970s, as the building approached its 50th anniversary, deterioration had progressed, leading to discussions about redevelopment. As a result, the area was reborn as “Daikanyama Address,” and “Daikanyama Address The Tower” was born.

旧同潤会代官山アパートメントの時代からの緑の継承が施された「代官山アドレス」。四季折々の花木がふんだんにあしらわれており、自然の豊かさが感じられる設計となっています。
Daikanyama Address has inherited the greenery from the former Doyunkai Daikanyama Apartment. It is designed to give a sense of the richness of nature, with abundant seasonal flowers and trees.
