銀座四丁目交差点のすぐ近くに昭和の面影を残す袋小路。タイムスリップしたかのような２階建ての長屋形式の店舗建物（田村ビル）、周囲のビルとの景観のギャップに感動します。今や紹介者がいないと予約が取れない焼肉「東京園」、２階には、ひっそりとした昭和が残っている酒処「よしの」、麻雀「みはら」、調理師紹介所「大京会事務所」が変わらず営業を続けています。銀座を訪れるたびに、その路地がまだ残っているか気になり、つい寄り道してしまいます。
Fukurokouji, a cul-de-sac that retains the atmosphere of the Showa period, is located near the Ginza 4-chome intersection. The two-story row-home style store building (Tamura Building) that seems to have slipped back in time, and the gap in scenery between it and the surrounding buildings is impressive. Nowadays, reservations cannot be made without an introduction at “Tokyoen” yakiniku restaurant; on the second floor, “Yoshino” sake bar, which still retains a quiet Showa atmosphere; ‘Mihara’ mahjong bar; and “Daikyo-kai Office,” a cook introduction agency, continue to operate as usual.Every time I visit Ginza, I wonder if those alleys are still there and end up stopping by.
