1984年ごろの「山下書店 銀座店」
丸ノ内線銀座駅コンコースで1968年から2010年3月まで42年間営業していた。立地要因から路面店より通路面への直接展開が可能だったため、実際の坪数より商品展開が充実していた。閉店は赤字など営業上の理由ではなく消防法が改正され東京メトロの要請であった。

“Yamashita Bookstore Ginza Store” around 1984 (Ginza Station Concourse).
It was open for 42 years from 1968 to March 2010 at the Marunouchi Line Ginza Station concourse. The “Yamashita Bookstore Ginza Store” with a sales floor area of 28 tsubo was able to be expanded directly from the road surface store to the aisle surface due to location factors, so the product development was more substantial than the actual tsubo. The closing of the store was not a business reason such as a deficit, but a request from Tokyo Metro due to the revision of the Fire Service Act.
