Transportation Museum 1984⇔2023
The Transportation Museum is located on the site of the former Mansebashi Station building. At the entrance of the museum, the front end of steam locomotive “D51426” and the leading part of Shinkansen Series 0 were exhibited. After the closing of the museum, they were moved to the Railway Museum (Saitama City) for display.In May 2006, the museum closed its 70-year history in Mansebashi and was dismantled. On the site of the former building, the JR Kanda Mansebashi Building, a 20-story office building, was completed in 2013 with JR East as the architect. The remains of the former Mansebashi Station were also developed, and commercial facilities under the elevated railway tracks and the former station building were converted into tourist facilities[and opened as mAAch Ecute Kanda Mansebashi in September 2013.
旧万世橋駅駅舎跡の敷地を利用した交通博物館。博物館入り口には、蒸気機関車「D51426」前頭部と新幹線0系の先頭部分が展示されていた。閉館後は、鉄道博物館（さいたま市）に移され展示されている。2006年5月に70年にわたる万世橋での歴史に幕を閉じ、解体された。跡地には、JR東日本が建築主となって地上20階のオフィスビル「JR神田万世橋ビル」が2013年に竣工した。また、旧万世橋駅遺構も整備し、高架下の商業施設や駅舎跡の観光施設化を行い、2013年9月にマーチエキュート神田万世橋として開業した。
旧万世橋駅ホーム上に上がる階段、ホーム上奥には全席トレインビュー！レストラン「PLATINUM FISH」があります。
Once home to “Mansebashi Station” between Kanda and Ochanomizu on the Chuo Line, the red brick Mansebashi viaduct, completed in 1912, has been newly reborn with its history and memories.
かつて、中央線神田～御茶ノ水間に「万世橋駅」があった。1912（明治45）年に完成した赤レンガ造りの万世橋高架橋が、歴史や記憶を活かしながら新たに生まれ変わりました。
