浅草六区には場外馬券があります。周辺の店は競馬中継を流し、競馬にちなんだ独特の文化を形成していました。現在も「六区」として親しまれている興行街。「ダービ」だった場所には、花やしきゆうえんち入口「笑運閣門」があります。2025年5月ゴールデンウィーク、海外からのお客さんも多く、賑わっておりました。
Asakusa Hana Yashiki-dori”Derby”1986⇔2025
In Asakusa’s Sixth Ward, there is an off-site horse race track. Stores in the area broadcast live horse races, forming a unique culture associated with horse racing.The entertainment district is still popularly known as “Rokku” today. The entrance to Hanayashiki Yuenchi (Flower Palm Park), “Laughing Luck Gate,” is located in the former “Derby” area.During Golden Week, May 2025, it was crowded with many international visitors.
