お城のような外観の「サンロイヤルビル」は2023年夏頃に解体されました。跡地の建物も同じビル名でした。「サンロイヤルビル」、1984年ごろは「ウイーン」という名曲喫茶でした。向かいの画材店「レモン」の喫茶とともに憩いの場でした。御茶ノ水駅 お茶の水橋口前は今や「すずめの戸締り」の聖地です。
